You may have fond memories of Alpha-Getti, but what if you're tired of the tomato sauce? A quick drain and rinse, and an addition of mushroom soup, and you'll be enjoying an easy twist on one of my all-time favorite canned meals.
Open the can of Alpha-Getti and empty into a colander or strainer. Drain and rinse the pasta with warm water, and set aside.
Open the can of mushroom soup and spoon out about a quarter of the soup into a small saucepan.
Add an equivalent amount of water to the soup, and heat it up over medium heat, stirring until creamy and smooth.
Add the drained pasta to the pot and stir until mixed with the sauce.
Remove from heat and serve in a soup bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
